i am really depressed... not tellin... but all i can say tat i cant manage a group of 54 ppl... some ppl say i am a good leader some say no, but i don think i am... this organization started of with three groups wif three leaders and i am one ofthem, but then the other two leader wanted me to take up the post of controllin the whole team... should i accept this post?? pls comment...
